Seminar: Building a Knowledge Graph for a Pharma Company

We will discuss the architecture of our new solution for aggregation and analysis of data about public results of clinical trials. We will show our proposal of data transformation to RDF, the development of the ontology, and we will list the used technologies. We will cover the technical implementation and list the challenges that we are currently facing. We will also briefly touch the big data aspect of the Knowledge Graph processing.
