Data Structure Estimation and Semantic Web

Speakers: Martin Řimnáč

The talk will be primary focused on the proposal of the data structure estimation algorithm, which estimates a data structure, being described by a set of functional dependencies, from an input data set. The secondary goal is the result interpretation for semantic web and the corresponding relationship between one choosen interpretation and a description logic. Finally, the close relationship between the method and logic in general will be illustrated on the inductive logic programming example. The method usage for XML sources and the idea to construct a semantic web wrapper will be discused at the end as well.
