Seminář: Security on Internet: Dream or Reality?

Maintaining security in an open and distributed environment has been challenging task for some time now. Internet is an example environment where providing end points with robust and flexible security solution is quite a complicated task. Semantic web with enhanced flexibility in sharing data is even more challenging environment and commonly used security techniques have to be reevaluated. In the talk we will focus on the current security trends and the main accent will be put on reputation systems and on using trust as the main factor for security(access) management. We will also mention standards and proposals available for communication security for (Semantic)Web.
