Seminář: Knowledge mapping by means of fulltext indexing of publication activity

The talk will present an approach to creation of a knowledge map of an organization based on fulltext indexing of publication activity of authors. The main purpose of knowledge mapping is to support expert finding in medium-sized and large companies. After describing the way of knowledge mapping I am going to discuss experiments with various methods of knowledge assesment of the knowledge of employees using the full-text index of documents they contributed to.
