Ferda implementation

Prezentující: Alexander Kuzmin

The goal of project Ferda is to create an alternative to the current user environment for the datamining system LISp–Miner by a new, more visually and user friendly working environment. Ferda brings in the conception of datamining task as the record of the function using visual objects – boxes. Boxes have their parameters and evaluate their functions based on the values of the parameters. The program is modular and is designed to make the addition of new boxes and other parts simple. It is easily localizeable and enables the network–distributed computations. For now, Ferda uses LISp–Miner gens to compute its tasks. New working environment, new task view and user work simplification will be shown. We will demostrate some extensions of original LISp–Miner procedures. After that, we will demonstrate the implementation of Ferda and how it could be extended by further modules. We will also propose a few modules that could extend Ferda.
